Do you want to book individual lessons / group lessons with our teachers?
Here are some points to keep in mind

 

CONDITIONS OF SALE

• The lesson time is 55 minutes
• Whoever takes the lesson must have a skipass and equipemnt ( They are not included in the price of the lessons)
• Both private and group lessons will be held in all weather conditions. In the case of closed lift, the lessons will not be refunded, but will be resumed.
• People who want to take lessons together must be of the same technical level, othewise no refunds will be made.
• Lessons during the morning courses will be subject to a surchange and will be limited in availability
• If the minimum number required is not reached, the hours of the groupcourse will be reduced or it will not be activated.
• Courses start with dates/times established by the secretariat, any isertions, on other dates can be agreed only on site, directly at the secretariat that will assess availability

 

RESERVATIONS-PAYMENT

• to confirm the reservation we ask:
• for individual lessons, we required a deposit equal to the first day booked
• for group courses, we required the full balance of the course
• The payment must be made 7 day before the start of lessons
• The purchase of the lesson hours is foreseen through payment by credit card transition takes place through virtual pos service of Axepta spa, through the pHey! platform; at no time during the purchase procedure the eletronic system of the e-commerce portal and no staff memeber is able to know the customer's credit card numbers, wich is provided by the customer to the secure server of the credit institution on a secure internet connection encrypted according to the current standards of the onlinepayment market

CANCELLATION POLICY- REFUNDS

• PRIVATE LESSONS as a deposit for the first day, if the cancellations made at least 3 days before the start of the lesson
  the entire sum will be retuned minus € 10,00 as secretarial expense.
  For full payment of the booking in case of cancellation of 3 day before the start of the lesson, the entire ammonut will be refunde minus 10% as secretarial expens.
  If the cancellation occurs 1 or 2 days before the start of lesson, no refunds will be made
• GROUP COURSES for the advance payment of the balance, in case of cancellation of at least 3 days before the start of the course, the entire amount will be refunded minus 10% as secretarial expense, if the cancellation occurs 1 or 2 days before the start of the course, no refunds will be made
• The lessons are refunded in the event of injuri ore illness from the day following the presentation of local medical certificate
• In serve cases, the full amount will be refunded less bank charges
• The refund will be paid by bank transfer
• will refund that will be made on the same payment method used at the time of booking / purchase.

INSURANCE

• During the lessontime, the student is only insured with a third party liability policy. Accident insurance is entirely the responsability of the individual participant.

FISCAL DETRACTION

• The scki schools do not fall into the category of the amateur sports association, Article 90 paragraph 17 and following of Law 289/2002. The ski lessons give to children between the age of 5 and 18 do not give the right to the deduction referred to in Art.15 paragraph 1 letter I QUINQUES Legislative Decree n. 917/86 ( revenue agency circular No. 34/E of 04/04/2008 )
• The ski school Law art 36/bis paragraph 1 of Legislative Decree 26/10/1972 n. 633 is exonerated from giving the tax document, the booking tag is authoritative. Anyone wishing to use a tax document is requested to require if before booking by showing their fiscal code

PRIVACY

• We infrom our kind customers that their personal data are processed by the Italian Ski School Cemris Cavalese, in compliance with the provisions of Eu Regulation GDPR 679/2016 and Legilative Decree 101/2018. the data will be processed exlusively for the purposes connected with the stablishment and management of the cotractual relationship including purposes relating to assistance, teaching and support in skiing activities
• To prove the conlusion and execution of the contract, the following data will be processed by the ski school: 1) PERSONAL DATA 2) OF CONTACT 3) OF RESIDENCE 4) ACCOMODATION C/O LOCATION 5) TECHNICAL LEVEL 6) IMAGE/VIDEO/VOICE 7) ECONOMIC-FINANCIAL 8) HEALTH DATA EG ALLERGIES AND /OR PHYSICAL DEFICITS 9) DATA ON INJURIES SUFFERED
